Fees

Individuals: £35

A discounted rate can be arranged for people in financial hardship.

The first initial session is free, so that we can get to know one another and to decide whether to continue to work together.

Sessions

Individuals: 50 minutes

I offer both short and long-term weekly counselling, and the number of sessions needed is individual, and dependent on each person's needs and goals.

Cancellations

Please try to give more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full rate.

Where possible, cancelled sessions can be re-arranged to another time during the same week.

Location

I work from my office in Hailsham, East Sussex; within in easy reach of Eastbourne, Heathfield, Uckfield, Ringmer and surrounding areas.

There is free parking available outside my office.
